Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas.
II. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Dust and wax furniture in assigned areas.
Sweep and vacuum floors in assigned areas.
Dispose of trash and garbage in assigned areas.
Clean toilets and lavatories as assigned.
Fill and maintain soap, towels and toilet paper dispensers.
Mop restrooms and hall floors as assigned.
Clean windows and other fixtures as needed.
Clean and store equipment.
Perform general maintenance duties.
Lawn maintenance and garbage removal.
Store chemicals in a safe manner.
Notify supervisor of equipment needing repair or supplies needing ordered.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Mops, mop buckets, brooms, dust pans, vacuums, cleaning solvents, etc.
IV. REQUIREMENTS
Basic reading and writing skills.
Ability to speak and write English.
Ability to work independently.
Requires ability to provide customer service in a friendly manner.
Follows the dress code as directed by Goodwill and display a professional image and attitude.
Requires the ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to LLGI operations, financial matters and personnel matters.
Ensures compliance with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout areas and maintain same to meet CARF, DOL and other applicable regulatory standards.
Requires ability to be consistently at work and on time on scheduled work days.
